We have been using PR Accounting and Bookkeeping services for our company since January 2011.
They pick up all of our sales receipts, do our deposits; reconcile our bank and credit card accounts; payroll and source deductions; accounts payable and receivables along with other accounting duties as required.
They then enter all of the information into QuickBooks and provide all the necessary reports and data for our accounting firm to complete and file our corporate income tax return and financial statements.
We have been very pleased with the services provided and would recommend PR Accounting and Bookkeeping Services to any new or existing business.

PR Accounting has been our Bookkeeping service provider since 2013.
During this short time they have made numerous beneficial changes to our operation.
They've eliminated the stress of ensuring cheques are signed and sent out on time by automating our Payroll, Source deductions and GST.
Our invoicing has also evolved from hard copies to emailed invoices with reminders sent out after 15, 30, 60 days etc.
Rob suggested we set up with Square register to accept credit card payments on-site. This greatly improved our capital liquidity and most customers prefer to collect points whenever possible.
